A white cargo van overturned on northbound U.S. 101 at Hermosillo Road Tuesday morning, blocking the No. 1 lane and causing major delays, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at 7:53 a.m. on April 7. CHP said the van struck a K-rail and came to rest on its side in the fast lane.
