JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – Sparks flew at Tuesday’s Jackson City Council meeting, as members discussed—but ultimately took no action on—a proposal to appeal a recent rate increase from JXN Water.
New rates went into effect March 23, a month after they were approved by U.S. District Judge Henry Wingate.
