A home in a gated Denham Springs community sold for nearly $5 million dollars last week, setting a record for the most expensive residential home sale in Livingston Parish.
Livingston Parish residents David and Chantal Ratcliff bought the estate in the gated Harrell’s Ferry Landing community on Ferry Landing Drive, according to Pino & Associates Real Estate.
