WASHINGTON — As the Council of the District of Columbia considers whether to extend temporary juvenile curfew zones set to expire April 15, residents in Southwest are raising concerns after multiple fights broke out outside a weekend youth event.
The incidents occurred Saturday night near the King Greenleaf Recreation Center, where the D.C. Department of Parks and Recreation hosted a gathering intended to provide teens with a safe, supervised environment.
