According to Montgomery County Police, 2nd District officers were dispatched at approximately 6:14am on Tuesday to the intersection of Manor Road and Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase for a reported collision involving a vehicle and a motorcycle.
Upon arrival, officers located a motorcyclist with serious, life-threatening injuries. In an update, police confirmed the motorcyclist was pronounced dead.
Connecticut Avenue was closed following the crash, and drivers were advised to expect delays and use alternate routes. The investigation is ongoing, and additional information will be released as it becomes available…
