PUYALLUP, Wash. — A woman killed by her stepfather in a domestic violence shooting in Puyallup last week is being remembered by loved ones as kind, compassionate, and deeply loved.
Christiannel Lyle Macapagal Maningat, 23, died during the April 2 shooting in the Stewart Crossing neighborhood, according to the Pierce County Medical Examiner. Police identified the suspect as 47-year-old Arnino Velasco Guanlao, her stepfather.
