HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Two Evansville residents were charged after authorities say they uncovered three dead snakes and a rabbit inside an apartment in February.
According to an affidavit, Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s deputies conducted an eviction in the 1000 block of North Morton Avenue on February 27. The tenants, Edward and Carrie Tinsley, reportedly left the apartment when deputies arrived, along with their two dogs and a cat.
