Secaucus, NJ – Police in Secaucus carried out a focused pedestrian safety operation Saturday, targeting high-traffic intersections in an effort to reduce violations and promote safer driving behavior across the township.
The April 4 initiative involved officers from the department’s patrol division positioning themselves at key crosswalks to monitor driver compliance with pedestrian safety laws. The operation was designed to address common issues such as failure to yield, speeding, and distracted driving.
