Four new tornadoes have been confirmed by the National Weather Service from a round of severe storms in mid-March.
The National Weather Service in Mobile said analysis of high-resolution satellite data has helped meteorologists locate the additional tornado tracks from the March 11-12 storms. The weather service released a public information statement on the twisters on Monday afternoon.
All four of the newly confirmed tornadoes in Alabama were EF0s, and all four happened in Mobile County. None was blamed for any injuries…
