ASHWAUBENON – Lodge Kohler is planning a series of updates to its rooftop restaurant, Taverne in the Sky, located in the Titletown district overlooking Lambeau Field.
General Manager Austin Hernandez said the project will include interior updates, such as refreshed décor and enhanced lounge spaces aimed at improving comfort and taking advantage of the restaurant’s views of the stadium.
In addition to the physical changes, Hernandez said the restaurant will introduce a new menu – which is being developed by recently appointed head chef, Paul Perez – centered on seasonal ingredients and updated takes on steakhouse-style dishes…
