50 Cent’s $500K donation recipient speaks out amid concerns

​SHREVEPORT, LA. (KTAL/KMSS) — Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s G-Unity Foundation donated $500,000 to nine Shreveport charities supporting domestic violence survivors on March 25, drawing praise from recipients.

However, controversy quickly spread after Shreveport City Councilman Alan Jackson questioned the process behind the donation.  He later described his concerns as a miscommunication.
