SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Target’s bi-annual Car Seat Trade-In event is returning to Sioux Falls this month.
During the event, Sioux Falls guests can bring any car seat to participating stores to receive a 20% Target Circle bonus to use on new gear.
