Hawaiʻi expected to see strong winds, rain as all counties under Flood Watch

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Every county in Hawaiʻi will be under a Flood Watch starting Wednesday morning through Friday after the National Weather Service forecast a third round of heavy rains to pass through the islands.

The storm comes as many Hawaiʻi communities are still working through the destruction left behind from two back-to-back Kona low storm systems that swept through the islands in March.
