LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police investigated a deadly crash in the southeast Las Vegas valley that left one person dead Monday afternoon.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, the incident happened around 2 p.m. on Monday in the 7200 block of South Eastern Avenue near Warm Springs Road.
Investigators said a male pedestrian had crawled underneath a trailer that was parked in a loading bay on the west side of a business near 7251 South Eastern Avenue.
Police said a 2020 Kenworth 310 tractor unit was later connected to the trailer. The driver exited the vehicle to prepare the trailer for movement before getting back inside the tractor and pulling forward…
