NEW ORLEANS — Residents in Uptown New Orleans voiced strong opposition Monday night to a proposed redevelopment of the historic Ted’s Frostop near Tulane University.
The meeting, held inside the iconic restaurant, drew a packed crowd as neighbors confronted developers over plans to transform the site into a 39-unit student apartment complex for Tulane University. The proposal would include a reimagined version of Ted’s Frostop on the ground floor.
