CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A 41-year-old Akron man was arrested in Florida last week after an alleged incident involving a minor on a cruise ship.
Kevin Six is charged with one felony count of digital voyeurism against a child younger than 16 years of age, court records show.
According to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Six secretly set his cell phone up to record a 15-year-old boy while Six “knew he was about to disrobe to take a shower in the restroom.”
The 15-year-old said he and Six, who is described as a “friend” of the alleged victim in the affidavit, were sharing a room on the cruise ship.
