BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Seven years after 12-year-old Badraldeen Elwaseem was killed by a stray bullet in Buffalo, investigators are still looking for answers, and the case remains unsolved.
However, the FBI is reminding the public of a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to an arrest of those responsible.
“Anything that the public has, we’re interested to hear,” Interim Buffalo Police Commissioner Craig Macy said.
