CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Starting Monday, April 13, the E. 14th Street entrance ramp to I-77 southbound will be closed for an extended amount of time.
Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) officials said this is necessary to complete the I-77 Bridge Replacement project.
