KNR law firm takes on case for deadly I-75 multi-vehicle crash

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – The Kisling, Nestico and Redick (KNR) law firm has announced it is representing the family of the man who died after the Nov. 2025 multi-vehicle crash on I-75.

KNR is representing the family of 34-year-old Kevin Brendle.

The crash involved a work van, a work truck and two semi-trucks. The driver of an Amazon semi is currently in custody and is facing a possible charge for alleged aggravated vehicular homicide.

KNR said Brendle was operating a work van, which was struck from behind by the semi-truck. This caused a chain reaction with multiple vehicles, which pushed his vehicle into a concrete median, causing him the deadly injuries…
