KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A decade after launching to serve East Tennessee’s homeless and underserved communities, CareCuts is preparing for its next chapter with a move to a new location along Clinton Highway.
The nonprofit organization, founded 10 years ago this month, has expanded its outreach and services over the years. Leaders say the move will allow them to continue that growth while maintaining the same level of care clients have come to expect.
