Birmingham-based Regions Bank is the new title sponsor of the $300 million arena in downtown Mobile under a 10-year arrangement whose financial details were not disclosed Tuesday.
The announcement was made during an afternoon ceremony outside the venue that remains under construction and is expected to open in January 2027.
“For us, this market is very important to the overall bank,” said Bruner Binion, market president of Regions Bank in Mobile. “We’ve been here for over 100 years. We’re deeply embedded into this community.”…
