HOPEWELL, Va. (WRIC) — A Hopewell ice cream and burger restaurant is expanding, with the grand opening of its new location set for mid-April.
At 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 14, City Point Ice Cream and Burgers will host a grand opening ceremony for its new and expanded location at 238 E. Broadway in downtown Hopewell, according to an April 6 press release from the business.
