CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – Chesterfield Police are investigating after a “disturbance” turned into an officer-involved shooting on Wednesday morning.
At about 9:45 a.m. on April 7, police were dispatched to “a disturbance involving a weapon” in the 4000 block of Frye Terrace.
Officials say the person who called police reported a man was on their property, holding a long gun and yelling, and at one point made it to the caller’s front door.
While police were on their way to the scene, the caller said the suspect went back to his house…
