Placer County sheriff’s deputies arrested a 32-year-old man after they found an “active pipe bomb” and meth in his vehicle Tuesday morning during a traffic stop, authorities said.
A deputy initiated the traffic stop near Industrial Avenue in a commercial area just outside city limits, the Placer County Sheriff’s Office said in a social media post.
