Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — Nearly five months after a water main break in the area of Culver Road and Meredith Street flooded homes, some residents say they are still struggling to recover and are now raising concerns about compensation from the city.
The Nov. 11 break released an estimated 2 million gallons of water, causing thousands of dollars in damage across the neighborhood. For those affected, the impact has been long-lasting.
