An 18-year-old St. Petersburg man turned himself in April 1 in connection with a deadly arson fire that killed a young woman and severely burned her sister last month, police said.
Charles Chambliss III faces charges of felony murder and three counts of attempted felony murder, according to the St. Petersburg Police Department.
