GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Moise Beltschatsar Delva Jr., 30, was arrested early this morning for allegedly trying to break into an occupied apartment in Creeks Edge; he was recently released from the Alachua County Jail after the same charge from a February incident was dropped.
At about 3:35 a.m. on April 7, a Gainesville Police Department officer responded to an apartment in Creeks Edge (1810 NW 23rd Boulevard), where the victim said she was awakened by someone trying to open her front door; she said she could see Delva through the peephole of her front door as he continued to try to open the door…
