Drawing on Mediterranean cues—white stucco, clay tiles, and soft arches—the design remains restrained. Whitewashed ceilings soar overhead, while expansive glass walls open the interiors to the surrounding hills. At roughly 6,600 square feet, the house offers four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.

Materials stay consistent throughout: plaster, pale wood, and rustic stone, keeping the look cohesive. Warm air rises to the double-height ceiling in the living room, helping to keep things cool during the summer months, with tall windows framing pretty views over the Hill Country. A low fireplace grounds the space, while an arched niche holds in a marble-topped bar.
