NEWARK, Ohio — A Columbus man will spend the next eight years in prison after authorities say he carried out a shooting spree across two central Ohio counties.
According to court records, Jesus Gallegos fired multiple shots at an apartment complex in Columbus before traveling to Johnstown and opening fire again about 20 minutes later. Prosecutors said no motive has been identified.
