EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Dirty Laundry Bar will remain closed after a court hearing over the business’ future ended without a resolution.
Lawyers for the El Paso County Attorney’s Office and bar met in Judge Bonnine Rangel’s court Tuesday. The county attorney’s office sought a temporary restraining order against the bar earlier this month over allegations the business played host to criminal activity and allegedly had a role in a fatal collision on March 23.

The two sides moved their discussion over a requested temporary injunction to judge Rangel’s chambers, after attorneys for the bar said they wanted to come to an agreement. Attorneys spent around half an hour in Judge Rangel’s chambers before returning to the courtroom.
The injunction hearing ended with no action and judge Rangel said she would see both sides again on Friday…
