Private investors sought for One Riverfront Chattanooga as renovation plans move forward

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — The River City Company is now looking for private dollars to go toward a multi-million dollar renovation project along Chattanooga’s Riverfront.

Almost a year ago, Governor Bill Lee announced $15 million of his budget would go toward major renovations at Chattanooga’s Riverfront at Ross’s Landing.

The city and county have both pledged $5 million each.

Now, River City confirms they held a private planning meeting with their Riverfront partners Friday.

River City says they are launching their capital campaign seeking private investments, which is needed to provide additional support for the project…
