COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Gov. Mike DeWine has ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff in honor of the life and service of former Ohio House of Representatives member L. Helen Rankin.
DeWine ordered that all U.S. and Ohio flags be lowered on all public buildings and grounds in Hamilton County on Friday, the day of her funeral. Flags will be lowered at sunrise and will not rise until sunset.
