‘Showing the upside to Down syndrome’: Columbia woman’s business giving back and inspiring others

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – Jewelry can hold meaning far beyond what meets the eye. For Columbia creator Lucy Graham, each bracelet and necklace is made with a purpose: showing “the upside to Down Syndrome.”

Every bead, color and design is carefully crafted. Her family said she can sit and bead for hours at a time.

“I make bracelets and necklaces,” Lucy said.
