One of the longest-running and most beloved events in the Midlands returns soon, and supporters get an early taste Thursday.
Tickets are available now for the 31st annual Columbia International Festival, coming to the South Carolina State Fairgrounds April 18 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. and April 19 from noon until 7.
