CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — When told he could not vape inside a restaurant, an upset teen, accompanied by his peers, went outside and kicked and broke the eatery’s front window.
At 4 p.m. April 1, police were dispatched to Wendy’s restaurant, 13246 Cedar Road, on a report of teenagers smoking in the dining area.
