ST. PAULS — The St. Pauls Police Department is encouraging the public to come forward with any information about a March 31 homicide.
Gary Sinclair, 49, was shot to death while sitting in his vehicle on Keith Street in St. Pauls at approximately 11:30 p.m. that evening.
“No one wants to talk, but the streets are starting to talk. … People are talking, they’re just not talking to us,” St. Pauls Police Chief Michael Owens said during Thursday’s town board meeting. “We’ve got some video that’s going to help us a little.”…
