Police in Lancaster County in January charged a 48-year-old man after he negligently discharged a handgun in his kitchen while a child and a teenager were home, charging documents said.
On Jan. 2, Northern Lancaster County Regional Police were dispatched to UPMC Lititz for a person with a gunshot wound.
