Kentucky Distillery Co-Owner Indicted on Felony Theft Charge as Foreclosure Hits

Co-owner of Limestone Farms Distillery Darrin Dillow has been indicted on a felony theft charge as the Kentucky whiskey operation faces mounting legal and financial troubles, according to The Business Journals.

Darrin Dillow, who co-owns the distillery with his wife, was indicted March 23 by a Fayette County grand jury on a Class C felony charge of theft by deception involving $10,000 or more.

According to the indictment, Dillow allegedly obtained money from a financial institution in August 2024 by misrepresenting ownership of property used as collateral for a loan.
