LOS ANGELES – A man was fatally shot in downtown Los Angeles and Los Angeles Police Department officers Thursday are searching for the suspect.
Police were called at 11:56 p.m. Wednesday to East Fifth and South Crocker streets regarding a shooting. When they arrived at the scene, witnesses told the officers the victim was sitting inside a vehicle with a woman when a man approached, shot the victim and ran away, according to an LAPD officer.
