BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida woman was arrested on Wednesday after a deputy caught her driving 123 mph while impaired, according to authorities.
Deputies pulled over the woman after clocking her driving 123 mph on U.S. 41 in Bonita Springs, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said in a Facebook post.
Siria Lopez blew a 0.23, which is almost three times the legal limit, LCSO said.
According to body camera footage of the incident, when a deputy asked why Lopez was speeding, she said “Honestly, it’s just cause he has a Supra, and then I thought it was all right to go fast and everything.”…
