JASPER COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) – The James Fisher Memorial Foundation YMCA held its ribbon cutting Thursday in Jasper County.
The facility offers swim lessons, childcare, personal training and other activities aimed at creating a healthy and tight-knit community.
