TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A family is mourning the loss of a father and Marine they’re calling a hero after he died pulling loved ones from a burning home early Tuesday morning.
Breonna Blackwell says her stepfather, Horace Oates Jr., used his military training to save his family when their home on Evansdale caught fire just after 3 a.m.
