The pathway to create Delaware’s first specific indoor track facility is becoming clearer, but it’s not going to be a 55-meter dash to completion.
The Buccini Pollin Group (BPG) has indicated plans to place an indoor track just south of their Chase Fieldhouse in Wilmington, but it’s not as simple as just getting permits and putting up a building.
The proposed land is controlled by the Riverfront Development Group, but just as notably, much of it is not actually in the City of Wilmington at the moment…
