ROUND ROCK, Texas — A child who was hit by a vehicle while biking home from school in Round Rock earlier this month has died.
The crash happened around 3:30 p.m. on April 1, in the intersection of Teravista Club Drive and Teravista Parkway, not far from the Teravista Elementary Leadership Academy. The child, later identified by the school as fourth grader Patrick Case, was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. Officials said he was in the crosswalk at the time of the crash, and he was wearing a helmet.
