Two Oklahoma men arrested in $1.5 million Lafayette drug bust

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — Two Oklahoma men were arrested and a large amount of drugs seized in a raid in Lafayette, authorities said.

Billy Shi, 38, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Jeffery Weston, 48, of Marlow, Oklahoma, were each charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Lafayette Police executed a targeted narcotics operation in the 2000 block of W. Pinhook Road March 31. After searching the building, officers seized approximately 168 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of $1,522,440, officials said…
