Trinity Christian College retained CBRE as exclusive listing agent for the sale of its campus at 6601 W. College Drive in Palos Heights, Illinois, approximately 18 miles southwest of downtown Chicago.
The 60-acre property will be delivered fully vacant in the third quarter of 2026 following the college’s planned closure at the end of the 2025/2026 academic year.
