Parkinson’s, MS patients find community at Omaha gym

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Every day, Brad Palmer laces up his gloves. He’s not training for a fight. He’s fighting to stay.

Brad got his Parkinson’s diagnosis in 2024. He says five days a week at the gym is keeping his symptoms from moving faster.

“I really went after it starting 2025 — and I feel like it’s keeping a lot of things at bay that maybe could have moved faster,” Palmer said…
