ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has released the names of three people killed in a crash involving a rideshare vehicle on Highway 412. Investigators say the driver had just picked up two passengers before the crash.
What troopers say happened
The crash occurred around 8:48 p.m. April 9 at U.S. Highway 412 and County Road 4160.
According to OHP, the driver of an SUV had picked up two passengers and was traveling north on County Road 4160. Troopers say the driver stopped at a stop sign but failed to yield before entering the highway.
