FOX21’s Foodie Finds visited Pies and Grinders in Colorado Springs to showcase some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes. Kris Motzer, General Manager, highlighted the Sweet and Spicy Salami Pizza—a gourmet creation with spicy marinara, hot salami, banana peppers, and a drizzle of honey—as well as Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, hot buffalo wings, and decadent cannoli for dessert.
Family-friendly dining is a hallmark of Pies and Grinders. The restaurant features board games at the table, sports or movie screenings, and specials for students, including large slices for just $7.57 and free pizza programs for kids with A’s and B’s.
Pies and Grinders also supports the community through catering and events for schools and local organizations. “We do a lot for the community and love seeing our guests enjoy the space, whether it’s for lunch, dinner, or a special event,” Motzer said.
