Portland nonprofit’s dissolution takes homeless shelters, staff jobs down with it

PORTLAND, Ore. — Two homeless shelters in Portland are set to close imminently, leaving 175 staff members out of work as the nonprofit Sunstone Way shutters amid controversy.
